Endless loading screen after credentials

It seems I'm unable to get in ESO today.
After filling in the credentials I get an endless loading screen, no errors. Restarted ESO, same issue.

✭Sometimes when I get a neverending loading screen, I can Alt-Tab to desktop and back - and when I‘m back, I‘m magically on the character selection screen and can proceed as usual.PC EU.

Yeah me too often, but it was not the case earlier. Now it's working meanwhile

This one didn't help. I didn't even reach the Character menu... it was loading right after entering the credentials.
