No twitch drop?

Yes I am connected both directly on my ps and to my twitch ap This is the first time I've had this issue, I collected one last week I think without issue. Usually it shows up in minutes but so far nothing. I also logged and rebooted my system as well. Still nothing.

Sorry for the necro revive but I've been having this issue for the past few times as well. Everything linked. Double checked everything and even get the prompt that I can claim and when I claim, I never see it in game

Nope done all that and had no problem but periodically they just don't register. I claim them and then they show up immediately sometimes and then sometimes never.

I've recently had this issue as well. I've checked and I'm connected everywhere I need to be (and have been for years) but didn't get the 2 crates from the stream Jess and Gina did a week or so ago... I think it was the one on Tales of Tribute...it ran over a bit and they added a 2nd crate. I got neither of them though my Twitch account page says I collected them.

Then today, I earned a crate, clicked the collect button and it says I got it, but didn't get anything in game. I even disconnected my ESO account and reconnected it, just in case it was buggy. I even tried restarting the game (which normally isn't required but normally I get the drop crates without issue). Still nothing.

Not sure where to report it or what to do. The menus to turn in a ticket don't seem to support something like this?
