Possible fix for Launch Crash

I tried everyone's suggestions about running the launcher in comp mode, but it still didn't work.
I then went to the client folder and found the eso.exe
Right click eso.exe and go to troubleshoot compatibility (if it doesn't show up, hold down Shift and right click it), it should set the EXE itself to run in XP SP2 compatibility. Then run from the exe and boom worked for me.
EDIT: I finally got the game to load only for it to quit unexpectedly. Great
