This forum is not very user friendly

The layout and the lack of general discussion forum in particular. Will the forums be upgraded or is this it? This seems more like some kind of customer support forum rather than an actual community discussion forum.

    With the literal hundreds of thousands that will use this forum in the next, say two week period, it's understandable that the forum would be gear to Customer Support than anything else.

    ZOS from my experience are pretty good at checking the heartbeat of their creations and listening to their customers, so if you can hang in there you might see some changes to the forum.

    I'm not going anywhere soon as I find the forum okay, not great mind you but okay. That's just me of course.
    Been here since Feb 2014 - You'd think I'd be half reasonable at this game by now...

    I agree, it's like a maze trying to find where you need to go and most of the stuff I'm looking at is in a different language.

    Agree totally, don't know where to go!! Only way I get to see anything is if I go to 'recent discussion'.

    Yes, it's quite clunky. Tech support is mixed in with general customer support, there's no real bug report(should be doing that in game via /bug anyways), and the multiple language thing looks... weird. At least to one that doesn't speak French or German.

    I agree completely. It's not useful and almost impossible to find what you are looking for. There is no order, languages are mixed, on a page there are 4-5 versions of same official topic etc. We can't use this like that. Most of the players will use other fan site forums probably or Bethesda's.

    Bethedsa's forum for this game closed when the early launch went out.

    I think a lot of work is needed to be honest, the first thing they could do is to separate the languages to their own respective forum.

    Edit: Oh and also make use of the space to the left and right side of the forum. Not a massive fan of this extra condensed layout.

    Agreed. This forum also looks extremely horrible. Was hoping they would choose IP Boards, VBulletin or XenForo.

    Now don't go telling me "Well if you don't like it, don't use it!" - we can't share our opinions? It's the official forum and we all have every right to express what we think.

    The forum is a work in progress. They are aware of the feedback and have a lot of functionality they are going to add in the coming days. There was a thread earlier about this.
