Main quest (Harborage) broken

I was doing the first Harborage quest, in stonefalls. Which I've done several times before in the beta so I had little interest in listening to it again.. (Really should be a skip option)

But yea I did it anyways, near the end when following the prophet to exit, I fell off the side.
It teleported me back up, but I guess the Prophet decided to follow me because yea he was no where to be found, and the quest indicator said he was down below, (where you cant get to since you get teleported).

Jumped off some more and waited a bit, but he wouldn't return. So I left by teleporting out via the map.

Upon returning to the Harborage, the prophet is there, but he still tells me its time to leave the harborage as if he thinks hes still inside the dream world area (with no dialog options to do anything).. So yea my quest is broken and I can't proceed.

Tried ingame support, but no reply after several hours.

Well finally got an email reply, though seemed like a canned response from someone not familiar with the game as they just suggested:
1. /reloadui (How is that meant to magically teleport back into a quest?)
2. Abandon the quest. (Main story line quests are locked down to not be abandonable)

Hopefully I can get a GM to help.. Else I'm gonna miss out on a ton of content/skill points, and more.

Found a solution:
Simply went back now to try again (several hours later) and seems the quest has reset itself. Guess it was programmed to do so encase of events like this. Was able to complete it by doing it over again.
