Cannot Login to ESO. - Account inactive?

About 90 minutes ago i went to login on my alt eso acc. I have been playing this off and on all day.
BAM ! LOGIN ERROR.
Cant be the password - i changed that TWICE. emails confirmed password changed successfully.
Wont even let me login into the eso website.
