Unable to access The Reach

I am just trying to get the daily event ticket from The Reach for the Dark heart of Skyrim event but I can't seem to get there. The gate says I do not meet the requirements and none of my characters have a waypoint. I no longer have ESO+, is this required to be able to get the event ticket? Thanks

You need to own the DLC or have an ESO+ subscription to enter the area

You would need ESO + or to have purchased it yourself in order to access The Reach so I’m guessing this is the issue.

I don’t think you’ll be able to get that extra ticket until you have access again.

You either need ESO+ or purchase the zone with crowns in order to have access.

As mentioned above, you need the DLC entitlement in order to access this area. With the OP question now answered, we will be closing the thread from further comments.
