Xp bar keeps reverting backwards

It showed my xp to need only a couple more points for level 7, literally a tiny nudge away, and i turned in 3 different quests, and got a ton of xp, and it like keeps reverting back to level 6. I cant level passed 6 or something. I should be close to level 8 by now. For some reason its almost like it resets.

Just took screenshots as proof, just happened again, and i am in Dhalmora. atleast 4 or 5 quests and few chests, def. should be level 8 by now.

edited: Ill be here in hopes that you guys can find a solution, as if i cant level, then i wont be running around doing a bunch of stuff. In game hanging out.

Same thing is happening to me, I am stuck at level 8 for several hours now.

atleast im not the only one. I remember getting booted at one point, and it reverted me back, reseting a quest and some xp skill stuff. ever sense then it wouldnt let me level up, reseting the xp bar over and over again.

I JUST got to level 7. But through that process, i lost xp from atleast 5 or 6 different quests and 2 or 3 chests. Should be halfway through level 8 by now.

Absolutely, wish we could get a response, but im sure they're working on it. Have you been able to get past level 8 yet? or is still stuck?

ESO -- have you guys looked into this issue at all? It would be nice to get a response to see if you guys have looked into it. I lost a ton of xp. Simply posting on here telling me you guys are working on things would be greatly appriciated, possibly to even see where your at with the situation as well.

im not having this exact issue but I have done several quests around my level that have only given me like 50 exp, so i really have no motivation to keep questing when mobs are giving me more. I also dont know how much exp locked treasure chests are suppose to give but everyone one I open regardless of my lvl and there difficulty i get 67 exp.

Doing it to me at level 8 now, ESO just thought id let you know, although i havn't heard many others with this issue. And it is the main reason why i am still such low level, with so much done.

I heard some rumors that ZOS placed some leveling caps on certain areas. Are you doing Yellow-Orange quests?

@Reignskream have you tried making a fresh character and seeing if the problem occurs on multiple characters?

And thats just a rumor, some thing simillar is happening to every one in the greenshade zone we all get disconnected and hit with roll backs ( the roll backs vary from person to person) in some cases the roll back is minor in other cases players have lost levels and had quest progress reset. Fill out a bug report so they definetely see the problem

Problem has persisted on one character, but yes.
