My character suddenly stop walking, but run in slow mode

SInce this morning or may be i did not noticed before, but this morning i noticed that i can not walk anymore.

My character (breton lady) goes in a slow motion run (little trot ?) but never walk anymore.

Is this a new feature ? or a bug ?

UPDATE : after testing other characters, i found out that the skill Concealed from my NB is the issue(main character with trouble) when the skill is slotted.
Removing the skill from the bar make her walking again

I did not do this post to attack or point at devs at all. As i did not do any house for some times this bug could have been there before the patch.

I posted so in case someone encounter this, the solution is easy

Happens every so often in PVP around Blues, everyone just starting running slow mo like that one scene from Bruce Almighty after a few seconds it fixes itself

I think the Animation changes to the slow mo run when you reach a certain base movement speed. Try it with the wild hunt ring etc. Shouldn‘t be a new bug specifically tied to concealed weapon but to speed buffs

You are right, i just tested with wild hunt ring, and the same slow mo is there again even without concealed ability.

Well happily i dont use walk in fight .... but still its not very good to have this issue

They need bullet time for certain places in cyrodiil to compensate for lag. Time dilated fights would be interesting and would revolutionize the approach to open world pvp.

This has been happening with my senche mount when walking. Instead of a walking animation it's a running animation in slow motion and it looks so goofy.

Not that that has much to do with the OP, I just thought I'd chime in and vent a little.

i have this happen is i have speed bonuses from champion points, wild hunt, etc.
