Fix For Distorted Horizontal Lines
If you're getting those blurry horizontal tear effects when you have v-sync enabled, one of the possible fixes is to make sure you have Windows Aero enabled in your operating system. The lines are something that happens sometimes when you run a game in a window, and with ESO right now, as you may know, you can only run it in a window.
