Siege Weapon quest bug?

I've posted this problem after the last two updates to the PTS server:
The Siege Weapons quest does not allow me to use any of the weapons except the ice trebuchet. So it's impossible to proceed with the quest.
I've tried abandoning the quest, reloading, leaving and re-entering the area - nada.
Would really appreciate this getting fixed. Thanks,
