Twitch drops timer ?

I would like to know how much time one has between claiming a twitch drop & logging in to the game to receive an "in-game" Ouroboros Crown Crate. Or maybe it is irrelevant ?

Long story short: I watched today's stream, but it was 6:00 am for me. Claimed the drop and it is in my twitch inventory. Later on I had to go to work and when I got back home, I logged in to ESO and I am still missing Ouroboros Crown Crate. Never received a "Elder Scrolls Online - Code Redemption" email too.

Twitch says that the drop is claimed 11 hours ago. Drop Campaign has ended around 10 hours ago - but I am not receiving an in-game item.

So, I would like to know:
1. How "big" the delay between claiming drop and getting it in-game is ?
2. If I claim the drop on twitch, do I still need to login to ESO before twitch drop campaign ends (despite claiming twitch drop) ?

Note: I have my ESO account & Twitch account linked properly.

Did you get the email after waiting 24 hours?

Unfortunately no. I claimed the twitch drop, but never received an email with Redemption code and/or an in-game item. However, I was able to contact ESO Support and they manually added missing Ouroboros Crown Crate to my account - thus issue was resolved.

What is odd is that I had ESO account linked with my twitch account for more than a year and I never had issues with drops. When I was claiming the drop, twitch inventory was saying that I have my corresponding game account (ESO) connected.

Just to make sure I will be able to properly receive drops in the future, I re-linked, my game account and asked support if it is "properly" done on their end and they said it is indeed properly conected and I should be able to receive drops.

I guess I will find out if it works as it should the next time there will be an ESO Twitch drop campaign.

    Update:
Bethesda_DE was broadcasting ESO stream on twitch with Drops Enabled. I claimed the drop and almost instantly I got the email with Code Redemption. I logged into the game and I got the Crate.

It seems that it all works now as it should :)

As for why it happened.... I have no idea. ESO support probably did not knew either. It seems that the previous drop somehow "went into limbo". I guess what could have happened is that my account got somehow accidentally un-linked on its own (server bug, maintenance bug etc) - but only on ESO website side, twitch was still showing that game account is connected.

What was weird is that with previous drop (before the one that failed) I was waiting for around half an hour to get the email.

So, if some one is reading this and has similar issue:
    - It is worth checking from time to time if your ESO account is connected, but check it on your ESO account, and not the twitch, as twitch may be showing wrong info.
    - If a drop email takes a lot of time to reach you, like half an hour or more - then it is a sign that you should do a "clean re-link" of your ESO & Twitch account. Unlink from both ESO account page & twitch, then open new browser or a "private page" (so you would not have any cookies etc), login to twitch, login to ESO website and click link to twitch button.

Odd. Seems like it's usually pretty quick for me. Edit to add: since you also don't have the email I would contact support just in case.

I have claimed the drop from today's stream, but still not received it in-game. I have not received "Elder Scrolls Online - Code Redemption" email too. As you can see my ESO account & twitch account are connected and I did not had any problems with drops with the last stream that was November 4th. It is the 1st time I am having a problem like that.

I guess I am gonna wait 24 hours and see if I get an email. If not, I will try to contact support. While we are at it, could you advise in advance what would be the best ticket category to speed up the process ? Missing in-game items ?
