Upon finishing the Bleakrock questline and wanting to go back to attempt the rare fishing achievement, The boat NPC that takes you to Davon's Watch is supposidly missing and the regular quest exit doesn't seem to be available for rerunning. Kind of stuck and I'm not too happy about it.
