Is there not a legit way to get into the same instance with someone? I'm trying to work on a dungeon and no one is able to team up against doshiba with me. Tried like 6 different people.

I believe for that Fighter's Guild quest, they also have to have the quest to enter the trap door to the instance.
If you're having trouble, try holding off for 2-3 more levels, and then come back and own it.
