Don't forget the /stuck command. It kills your character, but you'll be ported to a nearby wayshrine when you respawn.

If it won't work on the first try, log out and then back in.

If it still won't work and you fall through the ground -after- /stucking, do it again.

This method worked well for a sibling of mine - and various people I've met have reported the same. = P

Unfortunately, you can't do anything if this happens in Cyrodiil, since you can't /stuck to get out, you can't fast travel anywhere, and you can't teleport to another player in your group.

And the support wait-time is ridiculous for something that is a critical issue and easy to fix...
I've been stuck like this the last 30 or so min... i got disconnected for spamming while using the bathroom, so i had to redo the help chat window and restart the wait... This in-game support system is really, really bad.
