I'm doing this quest by my second character. I've already finished all main quest each of area in Dagger Fall.
But quest never progress to the next non DLC area. Did I miss something?

I have [1Tough tank] [1StamSorc-DD] [1Necro-DD] [1Real Healer]
with [1Stam Blade].
But, I'm Tank main player. Recently I'm doing Healer.
