    Some people has managed to get inside it.
    My guess is that they made it but then found its in an location next to AD inner wall who made it little suited as city, the other cities are much closer to faction borders.
    Grinding just make you go in circles.
    Asking ZoS for nerfs is as stupid as asking for close air support from the death star.

    A few years ago you used to be able to get over there and there was all manner of messing about with scrolls etc. There are a few areas of the map like this, not fully built but interesting looking with buildings etc - and now surrounded with slaughter fish or other barriers to prevent you from getting in.
