That is up to your guild only they can answer that question. I believe guilds can specify who has access to the guild bank. Just don't get greedy is my advice just take what you need and be sure to place extra motifs you get inside when you have them.

Check with the GM. As a general rule I’d deposit something of equal value to what I took.

yup, this is going to depend on your guilds rules and access controls

if your rank in the guild does not allow you to withdraw from the bank you would have to contact an officer or guild leader about it

i have my main house (grand topal hideaway) listed in the housing tours, it has multiple target dummies, scribing altar, and grandmaster stations (in progress being filled out), as well as almost every antiquity furnishing on display to preview them

feel free to stop by and use the facilities

I agree you need to ask your guild because every guild is a bit different.

I'm currently in 2 guilds, one will let anyone who has permission take anything they want, and as far as I know there's no restrictions on how much you take, although I assume if someone stripped the whole bank they'd be in trouble. The other guild also allows most ranks to withdraw items, but they ask you to only take things you really need and although you don't need to 'pay it back' immediately it's expected that over time what you take will roughly equal what you put in.

I used to be in another guild that only allowed officers to withdraw items and if anyone else wanted something they had to tell an officer what it was and why they wanted it and then the officers would decide if they were allowed it.

I always ask, even in the guild where I am an officer ....
In the end, if you err on the side of caution, and courtesy, you rarely go wrong.

    Fair usage policy.
if it is a trader guild, put fair amount of cash in for trader.
If not, just put equal amount of value items in, over time.

This as the leadership of each guild sets its policy.

One note, take a bunch of valuable stuff, or just taking a bunch of stuff can lead to a guild kick. Ask if you might have reason to be concerned.
