Not a huge fan of the idea partly because it would make the game feel more empty. Also even though I don't rp myself I think it's fun to find rp groups out there just doing their own thing. It's just kind of nice to see people truly enjoying the game in their own way and I'd probably miss it if it were to vanish.

By default, ZOS should make a “roleplay” and “roleplay say” checkbox in chat settings.
This way you can filter out zone chat and can still be immersive and sharing the same server/instance

WOW how did i not think of this. This could possibly be better than the whole new RP instance idea. It'd allow you to carry on with normal gameplay and play amongst everyone, but also have quick way to identify someone with interest in roleplaying.
