Can someone explain what is going wrong.
I just fenced an Epic quality item and the achievement has not ticked.
The item was a Motif.

Appreciate the response. Will attempt the upgrade method and hope it works because I'm kinda tired of thieving for the hope of a purple drop.

Left the outlaw's refuge and the first person I looted gave me another purple motif.
Sold it to a fence and the achievement ticked.
