Updater stuck
Hi all,
So I have downloaded the PC client on my windows 7.
After running the client, it has installed DirectX and the uninstall folder successfully.
Next, it goes to an "Updating" screen in which it is stuck at 50%.
I have tried to uninstall and install it again with no luck.
As soon as I run the installer, it jumps to 50% and is stuck there.
Its been 15 hours since I have submitted a support ticket with no call, just an email response for request files. I have sent over the requested files via email about 14 hours ago but no response yet.
Has anyone encountered this problem?

Have you tried running the installer in Comparability Mode?
I'm running Windows 8, no issues. So I don't think I can replicate the issue you are having. The only thing I can think of is trying to run in that mode and see if you can get it to push through as if it was running in Windows XP or Vista maybe?

Running it in safe mode has allowed me to install and update ESO but i obviously can't run it in Safe Mode, lol.
So, now im back in normal mode and its just stuck on the initial "Loading" screen from when you first double click on the ESO icon.
Not sure what the issue is. Anything i could try?0 -
I was in game, and had internet issues (wasn't an ESO server issue), now I'm stuck on loading. Might be high volumes or other issues.

Still stuck on the "Loading..." as soon as i double click on the ESO icon...
oh and this is what the error is according to the Host.developer.txt file log
"http://127.0.0.1:62410/js/host-3.5.2.0.js (4662): Uncaught TypeError: Object 127.0.0.1:62410 has no method 'getLanguageString'"

n8tiveliverwb17_ESOSoul ShrivenIf you updated the game in safe mode, you can run the game without having to open the launcher, go into your home drive, into program files x86 folder by default, open up the zenimaxonline folder, into game, and run the ESO exercise, that should take you right to the log in screen0
