If you there are three 'subforums' in each category - one English, one French and one German.
Click on the appropriate one to see and post in that language. If you are in the 'main category' you get the posts from all three subforums (language forums) for that category.
I did read that they are working on a better solution for the language situation. So stay tuned for that. But this is a 'best fix' for now.
