Cannot pickup Preparation Surface Lead

I cannot pickup the Preparation Surface Lead for the Druid Butcher Knife fragment of the Druid Provisioning station in High Isle. I tried roll dodge, logout and log in. Traveling away and coming backup. I see the shimmering for the lead to pickup, but I cannot pick it up. Very annoying as it is the final lead I need.

    Are you 100% you haven't picked it up already? That's what it does when you have.
