Game continuously crashes

Hey, I'm having a problem with my game crashing after about 5 minutes of game play and sometimes sooner whenever I enter another instance. Does anyone have any solution to this problem? I have a feeling it's my computer rather than the game since I don't see that many topics about this.
Edit: As a help, I haven't been able to get passed the intro, so whether or not it has anything to do with specifically that area or not, I don't have any idea.
