Checked the event quest buttons, loaded up the FREE pet and statue and then scrolled down to the Heroes event button and pushed buy (free). Once that was done I went into inventory and there it was. One click and it moves down alphabetically so check there on that character. I thought mine was missed too. I had grabbed it several days back and forgot which one took it...All better now1 -

I am confused? I had to have done the lead-in event to get the gold ring?
UPDATE: I was wrong. I had done the quest on my NA character (of the same name) and looked on my EU character. I have done it successfully on both sides now. User error in this case.

✭✭✭I did check again later and I was looking at the wrong server/character combination. I have rings on both NA and EU now.PC
