Reading through the page, how does this community event work exactly? ... achievements are now accountwide, and so are striking locales, so basically we can only participate once per account now(excluding the separate NA/EU). While in the past we could do this on each separate character if we wanted to contribute more.
Or does the event still count the striking locales per character?... which would be weird as achievements are now accountwide.
Due to achievements being accountwide, this event now looks like an "I don't have to do anything"-event. Which is weird, as you would want players to participate. As we did in past events like these. Not doing anything, isn't really an event.
Would be better to come up with a totally different type of community event for the future.
PS: We should also have an in-game way of seeing how much ESO+ time we have left.

Guaranteed chance for companion gear
- Ember or Isobel must be your active companion

- discover all High Isle wayshrines, so that you can more easily do zone dailies
- unlock at least one of the two Companions from High Isle, so that you can have Ember or Isobel active when you do zone dailies - for a chance of getting legendary companion gear
If you don't yet have High Isle, it is normally on sale (at a 25%-40%-ish discount) during an event like this - check if your wallet can afford to fork out some $$ for a digital upgrade.

I used to do the pathfinder achievement on multiple alts in previous years, including new alts and low levels who hadn’t done any exploring in the new zone yet. I felt as if I was contributing to my server accomplishing the group task.
Now, with one character having already done the High Isle pathfinder achievement on each of my accounts, it no longer feels as if there’s anything I can do to help the server meet the goals. Granted, it was obvious even in the first year of this event that the daily “progress” was whatever ZOS wanted it to be and that “winning” was pre-assured, but even so, it felt as if we were all working together. And the final reward was awesome! But now…I don’t know. I’ll probably participate, because I always do, but not with the same enthusiasm, sadly.
Important question, do I have to actually pay extra to have an account on the NA server as well as the EU server? If so, no thanks. I've paid once for this game, I'm not paying twice.
