It would for example be nice when:

Chimera’s Rebuke
2 – Adds 1096 Maximum Magicka
3 – Adds 1206 Maximum Health
4 – Adds 1096 Maximum Stamina
5 – Gaining resources from a Fully Charge Heavy Attack also restores 2363 of the gained resource to the three allies nearest your target.

would reduce all cooldown times of our Companions with 1 second.

EDIT
After doing a bit of napkin Math a reduction of 0.15 seconds per fully charged HA would be more fitting the Quickened buffs from Companion armor or racials.
But the principle is that more resources for players give more sustain for more spammables and that is similar to shorter cooldown times of Companions.

    I would like to see some consumables for faster leveling guilds on alts. Also, some buffs or scrolls for double xp on companions, after reaching max level with at least one companion. Doing the same grind for each companion is so boring!

    Where are the weapon/skill trainers so common in other ES games?
    There should be such trainers to level weapon/skill lines at least for companions. Once a day, like horse trainers.

    If the special potions of Bastian would have been double XP potions for Companions, I would be more happy.

    5 – Healing yourself or an Ally grants the target Minor Courage and Minor Force for 10 seconds, increasing their Weapon and Spell Damage by 215 and their Critical Damage done by 10%. This effect can occur once every 12 seconds per target.

    I was thinking this would be great for companions, they do benefit from weapon/spell damage and it buffs their critical damage from 1.50% to 1.60%. With all focused gear companions can get up to 31% critical strike, Ember can go up to 34%, and teaming up with a Nightblade or Sorcerer adds another 6% critical strike chance. You can control it with Echoing Vigor for any class, giving them two procs over its duration.

    Mystic set to buff companion damage/healing/tankiness while solo would be neat. At least better than useless sets we get from new dlc.
