Fixed an issue where Bastian's passive was not correctly dropping potent potions from world or delve bosses.

Currently, in fights such as the Hunter Killers in the Halls of Fabrication, purging has been seen by quite a handful of teams to not work. Before update 35 this wasn't an apparent issue due to the amount of ticks coming from the healers. However with the Poison Injection that ticks every .5 seconds makes it more apparent of purging skills not working. Some groups have even tried running the Curse Eater set along with the Cleansing Revival slottable CP, and 4-5 people with Purge and the DoT refuses to purge. My team was in the middle of a TTT progression, to which we are not a super sweaty team in this regard, and small issues with purge not working properly but was able to out heal it ever so slightly. We weren't trying to nuke the boss in anyway as our burn isn't high enough to do so. Once update 35 dropped and we reviewed the fight we noticed that purging wasn't actually purging the DoT off of players.
This has also been reported by other groups for the first boss of Veteran Kyne's Aegis HM, in which this case is the Charus totem poison AoE was not being purged as well.

Gina confirmed there is no bug to be fixed. The bleed comes from a source that cannot proc status effects.

No, that is incorrect. It comes from a source that is unrelated to how the damage translates. If this shouldn’t be a thing then: caulerions legacy, imbue weapon, crystal weapon, etc should not proc status effects either. However, they do.
