Before adding any new systems into cryo (the targeting system) how about we fix whats already in place. I'm talking about the quick slot wheels. The way that you all have it setup now is great for PvE but its a pain in the A** for PvP. There is no reason to have all them extra wheels, ones we can't even use in PVP. I believe one of two things needs to happen, because i don't know how many times i have ran up onto a door to place a ram and the stupid thing switches to emotes wheel ect. Either disable the extra wheels in PvP all together (easiest fix). Or better yet add a PvP wheel since its like you once again forgot about the PvP'er as normal, and have the other wheels toogle off when you enter a PvP zone.

I do hope to see changes in this area because like i said above it is very annoying when you running up a keep with the enemy already attacking you and have to worry about being on the correct wheel or accidentally switching wheels and not being able to place one down. Yes i could slow down what i do, but hesitation will get you killed in PvP.

Agreed, 3 of the 5 current wheels can't be used in Cyro at all because most collectibles can't be used there.

Instead, a wheel dedicated to siege weapons would be great, especially with the stuck in combat bug.

We've been asking for this since the release of the new wheel.
After the U36 twitch stream it really seems that the game runs on a skeleton crew and even little changes are not possible anymore.

On Playstation we get stuck in the wheel in the middle of a fight sometimes. That's annoying!

Pressing "Up" + "L2" + moving "Right Stick" to select the right emote is a challenge for some people. And when you get stuck and have to open and close your map to get unstuck while fighting for your life, you will think twice before using it ever again.

So imagine you try to revive someone and want to tell your groupmates to go away. Worst case scenario you search for your emote, get stuck in the wheel, have to open your map, close map, press the stupid options button to revive, but get stuck in the crown shop or your inventory and delete or buy something on your way out.

And that's one of the smallest problems PvP players on Playstation have to deal with

I would like to have a PvP wheel too. Or go back to the way it was before.

Ceterum censeo the ESO team needs to employ more people to fix bugs and work on performance issues!

This happens constantly on PC too, to the point where someone made an addon to lock the wheel while in combat: https://www.esoui.com/downloads/fileinfo.php?id=3387 (@Xanttious, you might want to take a look at this. It could help some of the problems you're encountering)

Thanks for the info on the Add-ons. But imo i shouldn't have to download yet another Add-on to make the game work properly. With as much money ad ZoS makes i expect a non-broken game. Maybe less time on making items for housing and crown store and more time on the actual function of the game.

Don't worry, they're making less stuff for housing too. Elsweyr gave us some 300 new items, Greymoor over 400, Blackwood 170, and High Isle gave us 100. Every chapter except High Isle has included a 600 slot house purchaseable with gold, but none of that in High Isle either. Don't worry, we too are being neglected.

How about we not add another wheel most of us wouldn't use. They already flipped them for no reason, now we're going to have another to flip past just to get to the one item/service we need?

They should have made this wheel customizable, in that we should be able to choose how many wheels we want and in which order. I don't want another to make it messy.

Then remove one of the less used wheels like emotes?

Or only have the PvP wheel in PvP.

Though I agree on it should have been customizable.

It's disappointing how addon creators can do more, and better, than this multi million developer.
Give Modders the tools to fix the quickslots and they'll have the options for anything within a week.

I agree something needs to be done with the Quick slot wheels. There are already more things to put on the Companion and Assistant wheel then it has space for, so that is a problem as well.

If I could design the wheel system, entering a PvP zone would automatically change the Main wheel to a PvP wheel that keeps its own setup. PC used to have a mod for this, but the new wheel system broke it.

Every wheel should have an on/off switch so ones we don't want to use can be disabled.

The order the wheels display should be changeable.

You can also just change the keybind to switch wheels so you don't accidentally swap.

why nobody even put the least effort to change the keybind? just replace click with something else like scroll wheel

also how r u on the "wrong wheel", the default wheel always comes first when opening the quickslots

Changing the key bind isn't a solution, its a band-aid. I do both PvE and PvP now just to try keep me interested in the game at this point due to them never changing anything in cryo. Like i said above i shouldn't have to change my key bind or change download yet another Add-on, for something that should be in the game already.

Just because their are people that don't pvp or ones that come in there once a month to get their transmutes (please keep coming, i love squishies) doesn't mean there shouldn't be a pvp wheel. We as pvp'er have been asking for a secondary wheel since the game started. If anywhere in the game needs the secondary wheel its there. Its not for convince, its not casue i want to be able to quickly throw mub-balls at people in vvardenfell or show off a new momento, or casue i want to be lazy and not hit 1 key and click twice to pull out my banker. Its because for pvp its a necessity. Zos keeps adding siege siege to cryo (aka the lancers) but i don't keep them on my wheel even know i would love there isn't room. Mainly because i only have 1 or 2 of them at time of each kind and since i had to already put the time in going to farm them i don't want to lose them quickly so i have slot repair kits also. That's 4 slots gone right away. Not to mention in pvp you don't have time to be going into your quickslot to change to what you want to have on your wheel. Keeps drop quick with 20/20 siege on them. You have to get there quick. Half the time you are running to them anyway due to the combat bug they can't seam to fix, so u can't change them even if you wanted to. There just needs to be something done to extend "ease of play" to the pvp'er since we get nothing.

Good idea. I'd like to be able to pick and choose what wheels are turned on/off, because frankly, I don't use most of them anyway, and I hate trying to grab a pot or food and it switches me to entirely the wrong wheel.

If any of the wheels are useless, it's the "Tools" one. We don't even have eight Tools available and most of those are holiday event-specific--there's no reason to ever need the Witchmother's Whistle and Breda's Magnificent Mead at the same time unless you're adamantly opposed to ever changing your quickslots.
