ERROR 103? Beyond DISAPPOINTED! I have been trying to play all day, and it isn't my user-name or my effort to log-in every ten minutes. Seriously ALL DAY. Signing up for Obamacare was easier than this. I'm considering not even playing. I've played Elder Scrolls since Morrowind, this is straight garbage.
