This has to finally adressed. When you get into a dungeon, and a group member leaves group for whatever reason (didn't like the random dungeon he got maybe ? whatev) the grouping tool immediately presents an option to find replacement. Here is where the poop hits the fan...
You confirm only to get a note that the dungeon is full, BUT presents the option to find replacements anyhow, so you can spam confirm for like 5 minutes,
When it FINALLY stops being *** and actually triggers a search for a new member, it never finds anyone. NEVER. even DD's which should be instamatched or at least under a minute.
I was waiting for like 30minutes once with friends to see if it finally finds someone, in prime weekend hours.
I have a feeling it has something to do with peoples companions being active. The moment the player mentioned at the start leaves the group, a companion appears from someone and immitates a group member. Thats why the grouping tool says the instance is full, but when after a while it finally understands that it is in fact not a player, it finally lets you queue for a replacement. Except something is still off, because it seems that the companion that appeared STILL COUNTS towards the player limit, thats why it never finds anyone
What follows is, basically everyone have to leave and queue again, if we cant find replacement manually trough guilds or friends. Not even mentioning the 10min penalty we get for doing so even whn everything is a grouping tool's fault
