bug: dungeon queue replacement function does not find player

if after a random group formed for a dungeon, at least one player leaves, the finder will not properly find a replacement. It's not possible to not be a dd in the queue for random or for some specific dungeon for a few minutes. It rarely finds replacement, and if that happens it's after 10 minutes, but often dungeon is finished before a replacement is found, and the person left at the beginning.
It's been going on for quite some time now. Rejoining once in a while does not help either.
Does the finder only look for people that specifically join for that dungeon, even if group formed with random queue? i doubt since even for pledges it doesn't find replacement dd. And this wasn't a problem some patches ago.

I think this indeed needs some attention from the devs.

It is fairly reproduceable which helps solving the problem.
Queued for a random dungeon and then after forming the group, the tank left.

I asked a friend to queue for the exact same dungeon (same difficulty) with his role set to tank.
He got into the queue and did not immediately got a group found for him.

We waited 5 minutes for a replacement tank to join our dungeon.
He waited 5 minutes as a tank in the group finder to find a group for the exact same dungeon.

After about 10 minutes as you say, we finally got matched.
