Skills lock up repeatedly - Have to log out to fix - Game is broken

As of this morning, on my and others' characters, all skills/weapons lock up and we cannot fire anything. Weapons stop working, skills cannot be cast. This is happening on the NA and EU PS5 servers, solo play, with others in the area, and group play. Trying to run a dungeon or delve has become impossible. All you can do is either run or try to get far enough away to log out and log back in.
Please fix.

Roll dodging doesn't always work. For me I have to die, logout, or un equip weapons. Only one of these things works in combat.

If your controls just randomly stop working and all you can do is move around with the gamepad's left stick, then it is a different bug than the one mentioned above.
