Hello Zos,
Please create a open plot (or area within a home) within a major city. We as players love the open plot houses to create our own perfect homes but would love them within cities to have quick access to writ board and stations, respec, banks and other attractions within the city.

You'd be able to create a home with little resources, as open plots often require less assets and structural planning.
You'd be able to create a home in every major city to increase gold/crown sales.

These homes would also be helpful to guilds for our guild houses to provide quick access to city centers and our in-guild home amenities.

Coldharbor meets the requirements you listed. The environment isn’t for all players, but it’s a nice size plot.

The perfect house is the one that you can build yourself.

I hope that I will still be playing when this will became possible. Right now we can only build a house using a mix of all the available styles and elements.

The plot of land doesn't have to be in the middle of a city, it just needs to have its own wayshrine. That way you can teleport to any city hub you like.
