✭✭✭✭✭September 2 was a Friday. Depending on what time your ticket was put into the queue, it’s very likely that nobody saw it before the end of the work day. Then it was a weekend, and today is a US federal holiday.
Zeni has on call support staff on weekends and holidays for emergencies (server outages and the like), not to work routine issues or requests.
