September 2 was a Friday. Depending on what time your ticket was put into the queue, it’s very likely that nobody saw it before the end of the work day. Then it was a weekend, and today is a US federal holiday.

Zeni has on call support staff on weekends and holidays for emergencies (server outages and the like), not to work routine issues or requests. It hasn’t even been one full business day since the 2nd, you’ll need to be patient.
