Getting this error when queueing for a Ranked Competitive on Xbox EU for the last hour or so.
Unranked Casual works fine though.

@ZOS_Kevin is there an issue with the ranked matches at the moment?

    Also getting this message on Xbox NA. Unable to queue for ranked tales of tribute matches since the monthly reset.

    I just found the post that says there was an issue with dropping or rank with the monthly reset so they locked it temporarily while they work on a fix. Only casual games are available until they figure out the solution.

    That was reported on the 23rd and fixed on the 24th with a hotfix for PC NA. They also notified us and made a dev post about it, I doubt they'd leave xbox players in the dark. I feel like this is a more urgent bug report that @ZOS_Kevin should be pinged about.

    I've been able to play a few earlier today, after the reset, but it suddenly stopped working.

    This makes me wonder if they decided to push the start of our ranked season til after U35 but didn't bother telling us.

    The countdown clock for the season has been ticking down since yesterday. Hopefully this will be reset when they resolve the issue enabling us to queue for ranked competitive matches.

    Xbox EU here and this has been the same for me since yesterday when the season ended. Can get into the casual but not the ranked. Hopefully ZOS fix the issue and reset the timer to make up for the lost time.

    PS EU - not even getting the option to queue and fail, the select button is greyed out for ranked games

    Yeap, does not work on PS5 EU and I haven’t seen any communication about this. Had to come to the forums to look for answers.

    I guess that's one way to fix the DC bug, the can't pick cards bug, the remove 2 agents that only removes one bug, etc, etc...

    It's been over 24 hours now with both Xbox & PS players being unable to queue for ranked competitive Tales of Tributes games. Other than being moved to the bug thread there still has been no update from ZOS. Given how quickly the concerns were addressed on PC I have to say that I am very disappointed not to have received even an acknowledgement of the issue. @ZOS_Kevin and @ZOS_GinaBruno we'd love to know that you guys are aware and have a solution in place!

    Please, any acknowledgement would be nice and some idea of when it will be available again would be even better :)

    Having the same problem on Xbox NA can't queue for RANKED Tales of Tribute says queue failed can still play casual @ZOS_Kevin any word on a fix
