Lost my collector edition items!

I lost my collector edition items after accidentally deleting my character. I didnt know this is a one off thing and if you delete your character its gone forever. I feel a bit cheated as in other MMOs, these items are stored and all your characters have access to it. Will someone be able to restore my collectors edition items ?
