Why I've already requested refunds and quit this game
Your little stunt this morning ninja launching an hour early cost me the very reason why I purchased 2 accounts with 5 day early access. Thanks for that, cost you 2 subscriptions and 2 pre-orders.
If people waiting in line for black friday at bestbuy saw an employee come out 45 minutes before open and say to the line that they already opened the store's back door 20 min ago and that all the doorbuster sales were gone... There would be a riot and a need for ambulances. Not even exaggerating that.
And the response "well you can get in now... there is still stuff inside you can buy even if all the GOOD deals are gone" is a load of crap. If I was in that line id never shop there again. And since you guys pulled literally that exact same crap, I am cancelling BOTH my accounts, imperial pre-orders and saying go to hell to ESO.

Loxy37✭✭✭✭Thats the first time I have ever seen anyone complain that they have opened up shop early. I did post many threads on the Old forums telling people they would open a hour earlier, they did throughout beta.0

Mori✭guessing it was done to help out the login servers, so it wouldnt get unnecessary stress. the earlier the better imo, even the betas started a couple of hours before the official time. im just happy they did open the server 40mins before.0

because I by the time i realized the game had launched early, every name I was planning to try for was already taken. That might not be important to you, but it was VERY important to me. And to find out I was robbed of even the chance to try for ANY of them ruined today for me. I honestly don't care if YOU don't understand why that matters but it mattered a GREAT deal to me.
