Problem with pre-order perks

I have the mails for the pre-order perks, however, I realized after creating my character and getting all the items from mail, that I had created in the wrong faction. I deleted and re-created my character, I dd not realize that I would not have the items in mail for all characters. Is there any way possible to get my pre-order perks such as the maps back. I can live without the pets, but would like to have the treasure maps.

    Hi, I have the same problem. I deleted my character after logging in as I saw how ugly he looked due to not being able to zoom in.
    Now I have the pre-order emails but no attachments.
    Please help
