I skipped the tutorial 'The wailing Prison' and i didn't get any quests from the prophet?

mkorny✭✭If you skipped "everything" you should've gotten the quest from the prophet when you speak with him the first time in davon's watch
Maybe try going by yourself to the Harborage, or just wait for lvl 10 when u should get an update on the main quest, and go there then-=Tenebrarum=-
