everytime I try to open the game, it says error 210

Hey there, @BigJulian. Have you tried repairing the game client? You can find the repair option under the "Game Options" section on the launcher. Let us know if that helps.

@ZOS_JasonL i have. it is fixed now; however, now immediately upon login the game crashes instantly. It keeps saying "unknown error" I have the digital standard pre-order which I purchased directly from the ESO site.

I been having the same problem. The game crashes at requesting Character load.
