Nerf of "Caluurion's Legacy set" not written in the patch notes

"Caluurion's Legacy set" has been nerfed in the Update 35 PTS.
But it's not written in the patch notes.
Why does ZoS keep it a secret?

    They probably figured that since it was made public already, there was no need to announce it. Doubt there was any malice in it, more than likely it was [snip] and them assuming that since it was already public there was no need to announce it again. Not trying to give them excuses for it, but sounds like a likely reason for it not being announced in the notes.

    I'll go with hanlon's razor on this one..
    ShutYerTrap (selectively mute NPC dialogues (stuga, companions); displayleads (antiquity leads location); UndauntedPledgeQueuer (small daily undaunted dungeon queuer window)

    Well I looked up this set on PTS and... it is still a good set. It is still capable even after nerf, so it kinda shows how insanely powerful this set can be on live server lol.

    Yeah, unfortunately numerous things have been pointed out as far back as 5 weeks ago, with no acknowledgement from zenimax whatsoever.

    This is pretty typical of how the PTS cycle usually goes. Either they don't have the resources or capability to sort through the feedback to determine what is important or relevant, or they only look for specific feedback within a criteria or past a threshold in relation to what they're primarily hoping to test through the PTS during a given cycle.

    Unsurprising that the calurions nerf still hasn't been acknowledged, although it was a completely justified and overdue nerf. Now it is better for consistent pressure, but worse for burst damage.

    Since I'm not on the PC and will therefore have the benefit of the PC players' experience in 2 weeks when U35 goes live for me I don't know if it will matter, but I'm planning on screenshotting all my stats beforehand.

    My daughter thinks there have been a number of small tweak nerfs snuck in recently. She's on the console as well. I read the patch notes, I think she memorizes them... ;-)

    It won't make it to the notes for the same reason we got the detailed list of PvE boss changes:
    "Some changed by some amounts...nothing further"
