Not trying to give them excuses for it, but sounds like a likely reason for it not being announced in the notes.

This is pretty typical of how the PTS cycle usually goes. Either they don't have the resources or capability to sort through the feedback to determine what is important or relevant, or they only look for specific feedback within a criteria or past a threshold in relation to what they're primarily hoping to test through the PTS during a given cycle.
Unsurprising that the calurions nerf still hasn't been acknowledged, although it was a completely justified and overdue nerf. Now it is better for consistent pressure, but worse for burst damage.

Since I'm not on the PC and will therefore have the benefit of the PC players' experience in 2 weeks when U35 goes live for me I don't know if it will matter, but I'm planning on screenshotting all my stats beforehand.
My daughter thinks there have been a number of small tweak nerfs snuck in recently. She's on the console as well. I read the patch notes, I think she memorizes them... ;-)
