Lots of quests are in German. I do not speak German. Majority are in English, but a good amount aren't.

I didn't play personally, but I'm watching a stream where someone just did the Wyrd tree questline and those elemental spirits talked in German.

The text is English, but the voices are German. It is semi random...but happening to many quests in Glenumbra.

Not sure if this matters, but I played these areas and completed these quests in the past few beta weekends. I haven't altered settings. My friends/guild mates are experiencing the same issues. In beta, none of us had this happen.

I have already logged an in-game /bug of this very issue, but in my case it's the NA server with an English configuration and most content (text and voice-overs) in English but the Guardians VO are incorrectly playing the German voice-overs.

System: Windows 7 64-bit Pro
OS Locale: English
Game Locale: English
Country: Canada --- (a bilingual country, with English/French editions being sold in stores and I believe online (ESO), but not German)

So far only the Guardians throughout all the phases of the main quest speak in German. Not too much problems, except I wonder what they are trying to tell me when I am fighting the bosses (apparently they are supposed to give me hints on how to defeat them throughout the battle?)
