What happened to character creation?

- Altmers now don't have any blonde hair. Like, seriously.. blonde is the most common altmer hair color, yet all we can get in creator is dark gray, brown and black. Even the white hair looks brownish gray
- Redguard (and Altmer, except their white one) eye colors are now ALL so dark they all look horrible. What happened to silver-colored redguards? There is a Stros M'kai NPC questgiver redguard named "Trelan" (and he's not the only one) who has dark brown skin and silvery blue (almost white) eyes, yet all we can get is dark brown to dark brown (even blue and green looks brown).
And so on.
