building character zoom

is there any way to zoom to the face when building a character face?
i can see a + icon and i tried to click there but nothing happens. is there any key for the zoom? i remember that it was possible and easier on beta, but now i can't find any way to zoom to the face.

Ya it's broken I assume. I can't zoom in either.
