1. Meaningful Light Attack weaving, that has a large impact on how much damage you do relative to others, is the reason this game is better than other games.
2. None of the changes in the U35 PTS Cycle were properly tested internally, and testing should not be outsourced to the community.
3. Light attack weaving, in combination with casting one skill per global cooldown, should be the most optimal way to deal damage, because it is the most mechanically satisfying and engaging way to do damage. People feel rewarded when engaging with and mastering light attack weaving.
4. PR and communications are as large of a part of the cycle as balance changes are, and they have been far worse than gameplay over the last few weeks.
5. High damage Heavy Attacks are good for the health of the game, that I actually agree with. Just not too high, and make sure empower doesn't apply to medium attacks those suck to use.
6. Frequent, radical changes to core gameplay are not accessible, even if they are designed to create accessibility.
7. More people should clear Hardmode Trials. The amount of people getting trial trifectas does not need to change. But the spike in hardmode difficulty starting with Rockgrove is too extreme.
8. Easy access buffs such as Food, Mundus Stone, and Potion Effects need to be made clearer to understand and easier to obtain. The Medicinal Use passive creates confusion, and weakens potions for people that do not interact with crafting.
9. An 8 year old game does not need significant core combat revisions. I don't think it will bring in new players this long after the fact.
10. ESO's APM requirement is not too high. Your damage does not meaningfully increase past ~120 APM
