Another request for a complete reversion and rethink

I know it has been requesting it before, and I am asking for you to consider it again. Do not put any of these changes to Live. None of them.

This whole patch is a muddle of things we don't want and never asked for, whilst simultaneously giving us things that we really didn't want, to the point that people are leaving the game.

This last patch has not fixed anything, it did not address the key points, I see no way this is going to stop people leaving, or entice those on the fence from wanting to stay in the game.

Revert it and reconsider. Spend time looking over the feedback we have provided, rather than rushing a patch to stem the flow and completely missing the mark.

Give us a little stability for a while, then use specific approach rather than a sledgehammer, which may mean we end up not getting these massive swings every 3 months and the whole change fatigue which is hurting players even if the change for a specific patch may not be that bad.

I agree 100%. The changes are bad for the game, and the way this has played out between the devs and community, update 35 has severely damaged the community's trust in the combat team so it's bad for everyone all around. The confusing marketing speak regarding the changes being for "accessibility and raising the floor and dropping the ceiling" while just dropping the floor into the basement and moving the roof to the third story of the building didn't help this situation at all either.

Lets be honest, changes of this magnitude require a 3-6 month PTS cycle NOT a 5 week PTS cycle. Anything less than 3-6 months for changes this size will not end well with the unintended second, third, and fourth order follow on effects.

I also think that the devs on the combat team must make a point to create smurf accounts and play ESO in trials and vet dungeons with the end game community to see what the game is actually like at the levels of play that they want to nerf. Playing short stints of PTS or "80 hours on a dummy" isn't going to give them the data and experience to be able to foresee exactly what the community identified from the week 1 patch notes. The side benefit of the devs actually playing with the fans even if under cover is that they may understand their customers and our desire more if they get to know us.

    100% agree.

I've lost all hope for this comat team, their ego is too big to admit this patch is a mistake.

Let all these changes make it to live, i hope they make even more trash changes in following weeks so this update would turn into an even bigger disaster. If they are blind to feedbacks then they need to see the consequences of their actions
