I was thinking that as well, "Where's the 'Done playing ESO?' option to vote?" Lolz
Mained Nightblade for seven years to recently clean slate it all over to beat Templar Main to complete all content in game. Was tired of being in the dumpster as a Mageblade for so long, I finally made the hop to get back on a couple months before High Isle dropped for my new unnerfable Breton Templar to prepare for the island of Bretons. Felt a breath of fresh air finally for a class which felt amazing to play with their synergies between ability and passive.
I'm sorry Templars for switching to you as a main. Dumpster Fires seem to follow my main characters around in ESO.
Done swapping. Exhausted of hammer nerfs with such little actual direction instead of fine tuning or buffing up other classes to be on par with Templar level was, especially their jabs.
Hopped on once since update 35 pts at beginning. Just thinking about playing the game is exhausting to me now and not fun.
I have played Templar from the beginning, 2014. I always swore that if they broke my Templar, I'd be done with ESO. It's simple. It's my main and will always be. If I can't get any more achievements with my main, I'll give it up altogether. I can log in once a day and do a random. But I certainly don't need an Eso+ subscription for that. And no new DLCs either.
You may think that is stubborn and inflexible, but you have to set priorities. And my main character is my priority.
Reducing the damage of the class a bit is ok. But what you have done with it is just completely exaggerated.
I really hope you reconsider the changes to the Templar, I would hate to give up the game.
ZOS: Class updates in week 5 PTS
OP: It's week 3 why no updates on Templar class?

If you've played since 2014, then you've played with dozens of different versions of Jabs/Sweep. And the vast majority of them were far weaker than what we have on live, and even U35.
You're definitely exaggerating.

What a biased poll, useless!
On Templar I will continue to stick with jabs for the ease of it in almost every content scenario that allows for good melee uptime. If it doesn't, jabs haven't been the go to skill anyway. And honestly - this doesn't even necessarily change for score pushing or trifecta stuff as well - not saying Templars don't do this stuff. But depending on the content, you would like to bring other DPS then templars.

Just wanted to say, this is the EXACT situation I was in.
Back when I first played, it didn't make sense in my head canon with Dark Brotherhood and Thieves Guild to be anything other than Nightblade, so I was MagBlade for the longest time, but played alts regularly with specific purposes and it was only until recently, after Account Wide Achievements that I mentally reconciled to accept a full main change and focus all into Templar, as wanted to concentrate on one, singular toon.
By comparison, Templar is Much more enjoyable and easier to play than MagBlade and offered more utility to those around me.
I made peace with ALLLLL those housing Praxis and recipes, all the motifs, fully trained mount, fully trained crafter not carrying across and spent crowns on my Templars additional wardrobe slots, and was content to do all the content from beginning to end, anew.
Now, they've decide to change the one class defining ability that comes to mind when you think about Templars, and not just mechanically, but visually, to something awful.
I'm so done. I've got a few big houses to decorate and that's all this game amounts to for me now.
