So you want balance changes?

So here are my 2cents on the balance changes and stuff like that.
First sorcs: Nerf crystal weapon by like...10%.Buff the hell out of liquid lighning.Make crystal fragment give cone aoe when it has the proc(like it has a cone aoe form when its proced with 3-4 particles flying)
Necro: Nerf the aoe aspect of the blue blast bones by like 10%ish but give it new morph effect,when the target has X dots on increase the dmg by X% for each dot active.
Give one of the colosuses a dmging dot similar to how carve works,for example if the target gets hit by all 3 colo slams increases the duration of the dot and the dmg by x%
Nightblades: relentless focus buff with weapon and spell dmg stays for 10 sec after the proc is used so u dont lose stats for like...doing dmg idk.
Surprice attack can be made to work like stonefist aka it will have 3 stacks that will increase the dmg done to the target by the said skill for x% after 3 consecutive hits on the same target for the next...3-4 cast of the skills then it starts to restack again.
Warden: make both sub morphs hit twice like stam one is again but give the mag one chilled effect and make it frosty,stam morph will apply bleed and off balance
for bird make mag bird apply minor brittle and remove the off balance from the stam one and make it only apply bleed
Templar: make burning light proc from all templar skills and give dark flair a decent dmg buff and no cast time to make it reliable range spamable
Dragonknight: Remove the idea of split stat whip just for god sake give them stam and mag whip.
Make a stam morph of talons that will poison the targets instead of burning them
Remove the ignore resistance thing from corrosive and make a dot/debuff for it so when a target get hits by it after activation it takes x% dmg from the caster.
Make shifting standart a poison version of the other one with moving puddle of poison when u swift.
Just pretty much make stam dks be fully into poison and stuff like that and mag DKs go full fire brr
