My main class is necromancer. I liked that I could fight with ranged combat. I thought it was ok. I am a necromancer, the lord of the dead must curse and attack from afar. I didn't like close combat and only fought from a distance. But time goes by and Zos release patches that kill all the best that is in the game.
I decided to try ranged combat again after a year. Equipped sets Balorgh, Savage Werewolf, Rallying Cry + mythic.
In the vastness of Cyrodiil, I encountered the NB. Who else can you find there?)) I fought him 1v1. My blastbones dealt him 4k damage. And the ult from the mages guild was 6000. This nb dealt me 10-15 thousand from the Grim Focus ability.
On his account about 28 thousand lives. Even if all of my abilities dealt damage and he couldn't dodge or block, I'd barely dealt half his life to him. And I have a very relevant question. Why there are no finishing abilities in ranged combat and why there is such an inadequate buff as Evasion. So I'm wondering if this is an adequate buff ?? 20 per cent??? I spammed the ability for 3k and blastbones for 4k. Nb hits spam with ability for 3500-4000 (melee) and arrow for 10-15k. Sorcerer with a crystal 2 times for 4 thousand. A buff that counters the abilities of two not very strong classes.
In the game, only two classes fight in ranged combat - nb and sorcerer. But why is there such an inadequate buff as evasion in the game, and there are no finishing abilities. In the next patch, all damage over time will be reduced. And how do you kill a person? I just just do not understand where to take damage then?? What to apply? how to kill???
In the next patch, sorcerers will be greatly weakened and only nb will remain. We will remove buffs from each other and put on a set to reduce resource recovery. You have changed the periodic damage, but you have not changed the sets dependent on it. For example Powerful Assault, Azureblight Reaper. All massive periodic damage became useless. If earlier he was very weak, now he is just useless. Abilities that slow down movement just do meaningless garbage. You have lengthened immunity to slows such as acceleration. It is now harder to immobilize or slow the enemy. Heh...The Werewolf was getting a nice light attack bonus from his high stats.......
It will become more difficult to close achievements for skins and personalities. And it will become even more difficult to close the most difficult content. It will be more difficult for all beginners to play. Who is this update for?
Abilities such as Crystal Weapon , Imbue Weapon do not take into account how far you are from the enemy. This led to an imbalance where crystal weapons are more or less balanced in close combat and absolutely strong in ranged. And with the ability Imbue Weapon does not have enough damage for close combat.
Killed the Blood Frenzy ability. You could make it give 500 spell power and 500 more over time. And prohibit its use in invisibility or stealth. So that in an open battle the player is rewarded for spending health.

Armor bonuses. Medium armor only gives bonuses and no negative effects. Light armor gives similar bonuses as medium armor only less armor and many more disadvantages. Gives useless bonuses like reduction in the cost of interrupt attacks. Heavy armor gives few positive bonuses and provides negative ones. It has weak pvp bonuses like the health regen you nerfed and a weak bash damage bonus that is useless 99 percent of the time. Few people play in such builds. And just do it better to play in medium armor, even in a bash build. The 210 damage bonus is worth nothing. Medium armor gives an absolute advantage. Decreased block cost and evasion. Bonuses to the power of spells and weapons. Which leads to high damage and high healing at the same time. And light only adds damage from penetration. While wearing heavy armor, you lose resource regeneration, damage bonuses, mobility, and block. And you get only 5k armor and 6% more life and 4% increased healing. (I take into account builds with assemblies 5-1-1) It's funny, but many even in mana builds play in medium armor...
If you go to bg you will see nb and stam sork with the most explosive and high dps in pvp.
P.S. In Skyrim, I played as a werewolf. There he was a brutal wolf, and in eso he is a skinny monkey. If you want, I can make a 3d model with the same number of polygons, only more brutal for free if you don't have enough money.
